Christ Our Love For All Seasons
Father Ralph Wright, a Benedictine monk, has contributed hymns of his own making to the one - and four-volume Liturgy of the Hours. In this book he includes his own prayers and poems and hymns-along with the Grail translation of the Psalter, forming a prayer book geared toward every liturgical season in the year-and each "season" of our lives (based on the sacraments). All the major feast days are featured with poems, hymns and psalms apposite to the occasion.
Our Daily Bread
This is my body, this is my blood - the rite of Eucharist. "Our Daily Bread: Glimpsing The Eucharist Through the Centuries" is a look at over two millennia of writings inspired by the Eucharist, from the earliest days of Christianity to letters Benedict XVI. A long, thorough, inspired and inspiring collection of poems and hymns written to strike the love of Christ within all who read them, "Our Daily Bread: Glimpsing The Eucharist Through the Centuries" is highly recommended for community library Christian Studies Collections.
The Resurrection of the Shroud
Mark Antonacci is an attorney, author and president and founder of the Resurrection of the Shroud Foundation. Antonacci received a bachelor of arts degree with a major in political science and a minor in history from Western Illinois University. In 1977 he graduated with honors from John Marshall Law School. Afterward he taught evidence and criminal procedure for a time before practicing law in St. Louis, Missouri. His book The Resurrection of the Shroud was published in 2000 after spending twenty years researching the Shroud of Turin. Antonacci was a former agnostic who came to believe in God after studying the Shroud and determining that it was evidence for the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
